On August 31, 2022 Safe Harbor will host our 5th Annual Candlelight Vigil, in support of International Overdose Awareness Day-a global event aiming to reduce the stigma of drug-related deaths, and acknowledge the grief felt by friends and families while raising overdose awareness.
Public welcome, and invited to join in writing loved ones names on seashells at our candle-lit remembrance table. There will be a youth performance by Lizzy Power, as well as words of inspiration from Pastor Karen Bailey-Francois from Second Congregational Church, and Safe Harbor Co-Chair, Annemarie Whilton.
